Sudah lama tak buat kuih kesukaan en suami dan keluarga..santai bersama keluarga waktu petang..menikmati pau inti kacang. Alhamdulillah...rezeki.
Sesekali tukar selera makan kuih org lama ape salahnya kan..
Dah terlalu biasa makan kuih muih terkini,tp usah mudah lupa pada kuih tradisi...
Tambah pula ikan celup tepung..yg popular di negeri kelahiran kami..darul iman.Saya lebih suka buat sendiri je tepung utk salut ikan celup tepung ni.Sentiasa cedok idea dr mak tersayang..hehehe.al maklum la mak saya dlu memang jual kuih baulu,kuih bakar..Cara orang lama...guna sabut kelapa..itu lah kenangan saya masa kecik..selalu tgk mak buat kuih..
Nanti ada masa saya muatnaik gambar acuan kuih kesayangan mak ye..nostalgia tu.. sebelum tu ni cara saya buat adunan ikan celup tepung.
Tepung beras
1 biji telur
Sedikit serbuk kunyit
Sedikit kapur makan
Garam,gula
Air utk bancuhan
Kuantiti tepung bergantung pada ikan yg ingin disalut..cuma jgn terlalu cair bancuhan tu..sebab kalu cair tepung tak melekat pada ikan.
